It is. Guys doing the violence were not the birders.

I remember seeing heavily armed soldiers posted every 100yds when we were in nearby Rwanda and I wondered if this was a slight, over reaction, seems not.

A real shock to see this happen in QE NP, we felt completely safe here, unlike Bwindi where we had armed soldiers escorting us when we were close to DRC border.
