Barnardius zonarius myrtae White, SA 1915 here

Named after Mrs Morgan, the wife of Dr. A. M. Morgan, of Adelaide.

The Eponym Dictionary of Birds claims:
Australian Ringneck ssp. Barnardius zonarius myrtae S. A. White, 1915 NCR [JS Barnardius zonarius zonarius]
Mrs Myrtle Ellen Morgan née Green (b.1879) was the wife of Australian oculist and ornithologist Dr Alexander M. Morgan (q.v.).

The Key to Scientific Names
Myrtle Ellen Morgan née Green (b. 1879) wife of Australian oculist and ornithologist Dr Alexander M. Morgan (syn. Barnardius zonarius).

If born 1879 is unknown to me. Even more interesting is to explore when she died. Looks like they (her and Alexander Matheson Morgan) married here 11 Oct 1905 in St Oswald's Church, Parkside, South Australia, Australia and she was born 20 Dec 1879 in Adelaide, South Australia.
