Hello, going back my hometown (Irkutsk) Russia soon. Does anyone familiar with birding in area now’s good spots there for specifical birding?

ebird.org could help you, on the opening page click on ‘explore’ then type Irkutsk oblast in that box, it will then show you recent checklists (observations) in the area giving you an idea of some good locations for birding.
