Hi there, Iām visiting Bergerac around week of 21st September - wondering if there are any good areas for birdwatching or any one day bird tours available. Thanks in advance šš¦
Hi Fallsoflora and a warm welcome to you from all the Staff and Moderators. I think the Dordogne, generally, is a very good area for birdwatching, and suggest you head to our Information Wanted forum where your question will probably receive a wider audience.
I did a quick Google and found an old Birdwatching Magazine article from 2016 which you might want to read: BIRDING IN THE DORDOGNE
..... what a beautiful part of the country you come from too; I love the west coast. All things Scottish can be found here. Also, keep an eye on threads titled something like Scottish Bashes; we try to meet up occasionally and they're always great fun. You'd be most welcome to join us on another if you can manage.
I'm sure you will enjoy it here and I look forward to hearing your news.
