Blue tit with a long beak?! (1 Viewer)

Is this guy unwell or is it normal that some Blue tit get long beaks? I've seen people referring to it, but I dont understand if they are sick or if its something that happens to some of the Blue tits.

I mean, the other Blue tits look more like this.

It is not normal but often seen in many species: earlier trauma or genetics are possible causes. Many of these birds live a quite normal life, once conditions get harsh, the fittest will survive

They can be even as extreme as this one and still survive to maturity and feed well (albeit the one attached here did have to turn its head slightly sideways to pick up food!).
