Booking Rio Blanco lodging and guide (2 Viewers)

Hi all,

I have sent an email to Rio Blanco (in Spanish) so request a booking and guide over a week ago but haven't had a reply. I sent it to [email protected].
Does anyone know if this is the correct address to use and if it is normal that they take some time to reply?

I didn't think it was the water company operating the reserve any more.

Hoping you've had a response by now, but just in case you haven't - while planning my upcoming trip I've had much better luck with whatsapp than email.
