i am looking for places that sells parts for making bird feeders. i can find places that sell kits and already built ones. i want a place or places that sells parts so i can make my own.

Majgac, I think what you are looking for is your local Building and Lumber store (i.e., Eagle, etc). Otherwise, everyone else will probably just have a kit, or already built one. You can buy anything and everything you need at one of these stores.

Maybe your first step could be to get a book of bird house and feeder plans. There should be plans on the internet, too. Then your local hardware store and lumber yard.
