Hello,
I agree with Aeshna:

its a Black headed Bunting. Pale greenish-yello rump is only shared with Red Headed Bunting. Please note:
  • really uniform darkish head (ghosting a dark head), most similar other bunting is a weakly marked 1cy Rock Bunting
  • nearly unmarked underparts (other Buntings have streaking or spots there)
