Camera headache 😫 (1 Viewer)

Hi all , I'm just starting out into birding so I'm a beginner in everything when comes to camera and binoculars. Having purchased binoculars I've now got the headache of which camera with so much choice and not a clue what to go for I need some advice please .I'm swaying towards a cannon r7 purely cos I keep seeing this camera getting mentioned on forum. However because the 100-500 mm lens is so expensive which I can't afford just yet can anyone recommend another lens I can buy as a walk around lens for holidays and some bird photography just to get me started..any advice much appreciated.
