Can someone please confirm/identify this to be a Cassin's Flycatcher? Taken in Buhoma Uganda July

Local race of white-eyed slaty flycatcher (which +/- lacks a white eye ring). This because of bicoloured bill, lack of any white throat

Thanks The Fern. I was leaning toward White-eyed Slaty Flycatcher but the absence of the white eye ring threw me off.
