Charlotte's Bulbul? Sarawak, Malaysian Borneo (1 Viewer)

Is this bird Charlotte's Bulbul (Iole charlottae) ? One of the shot can see its side view of the wing. Both photo confirmed are not same bird.

Yes. Very similar to Buff-vented with that pale eye, horizontal streaks on the crown and buff vent, but the range of that species doesn't extend to Borneo.
