Chaja torquata Oken 1816.
Oken L. 1816. Okens Lehrbuch der Naturgeschichte. Dritter Theil. Zoologie. Zweite Abtheilung. Fleischthiere. A Schmid und Comp., Jena.

How is it that we are using this species name, despite the work is rejected for nomenclatural purposes (not consistently binominal; Opinion 417: https://www.biodiversitylibrary.org/page/34677656; Melville & Smith 1987: https://www.biodiversitylibrary.org/page/2481773), and the name is not on the Official List ?
