chiff chaff or willow warbler (1 Viewer)

Hello,
this bird - in my eyes - has features both: chiff chaff and willow warbler: dark legs (almost black) and dark under eye coverts (distinct eye ring) - chiff chaff. Pretty long primery projection, distinct supercillium, general coloration - willow. So where is the truth ?

primary projection in this bird is around 60% which is totally in line with chiffchaff.

Where and when?

It does look bright, but yes, Chiffchaff for me too.

these photos were taken in early september - south Polan,
So I understand that primary projection decisive.
