Pics 1, 2 and 3 are one bird. Tree pipit?
Pics 4 and 5 are from another. Linnet?

I think you are correct on both.

For 1, 2, 3: Stripes on breast and flanks look similar to me. This used to be a mark in favor of mipit, so has something changed?

Nothing's changed - it was never a reliable feature. Many threads on here attest. And these are too-fuzzy photos (no offence).
