Please can anyone help to identify this bird that I spotted in Nairn, near the beach in Scotland today. It was diving, thanks

Why juvenile? With what looks like 2 generations of feathers in the wing, and traces of the dark face still visible, surely it’s an adult?
To be honest all it was based on a surface look at it. Though with the colouration it would of thought it would be immature atleast.
