Can you give the location+region, please? Thanks.
Doesn't look like a snake-eagle (head-shape wrong, bill too big+powerful). I'd take it to be an adult martial eagle, with the tree (and wing) hiding all the distinctive bits. You'd've been better to back the vehicle up a few yards
