Looks like a Hellebore Ken.......I have several cultivars in my garden, also in bloom. I might be wrong, but I think Stinking Hellebore is the only native " wild" variety with whitish / green petals.
 
Yes, looks like some garden hellebore. Leaf-shape/structure shows it's not a derivative of stinking hellebore, nor does it look like green hellebore (the two natives).
