Around Jemma River, roughly between Fiche and Debre Birhan. Thanks!

It doesn't look like Red-faced as the under tail pattern doesn't fit for a start (no black tips). I don't think it's Red-pate either - it doesn't seem to be streaked much though. How about Foxy?

Thanks! You are right about the tail, no black. But Foxy lives more to the west while I saw this bird in the center of Ethiopia. Red-pate is even more to the west.
