I agree with you, its a Reed Bunting. I am not sure, if a freshly moulted male can be excluded here=I cant do this and hope for more comments. Thanks!

Yes, Reed Bunting is a species that gives a somewhat strange impression when single birds are mixed among finches and bunting flocks (hey, whats that?). Especially, when among a Yellowhammer-flock and the smaller size of Reed Bunting isnt appearant.
