First Bird Box (1 Viewer)

I have a 28mm box now up in the corner of the garden. It is partially hidden amongst some climbing foliage, but the entrance is very visible. We have a blue tit pair visiting the feeders (mainly the sunflower and peanut feeders) but so far they have not taken the plunge. I was wondering if there is anything we should do to "encourage" them or is this just a matter of patience ?
One concern is we have quite a lot of noisy starlings visiting the feeders, but these are some way from the nest box, but could the noise and squabbling from these be deterring any potential incumbents ?

Thank you
