Flycatcher in WY, USA (1 Viewer)

Flycatchers are my nemesis when it comes to IDing them and migration season just makes it worse. These were taken near Casper, WY the last weekend of August. Merlin's sound id says it heard both Gray Flycatchers and Western Wood-Pewees in the area.

This looks to be a Western Wood Pewee. The lemon yellow forming an inverse V shape is a good indicator of the genus Contopus, and the ID is supported by the lack of eye ring and long looking wings that make the tail look short.
