Did I say 'Eastern Kingbird'? I've not much of a clue really but I'm fairly sure it's a flycatcher. Could it be Western Wood Peewee?

I think he is quite capable,on recent evidence,of asking us to identify an 'empid' and so I will boldly go for Least Flycatcher.

No, I'll go for Hammond's too.

Went for Hammond's mainly because that is the only one given by Sibley as preferring tall conifer forest for a habitat, and this bird's in Ponderosa Pines.

Good job everyone! The correct answer is Western Wood-Pewee. I wouldn't make you identify an Empidonax flycatcher, although I realize why some of you might think that I would o . I understand that that would be almost impossible (unless I included voice :king: )
