Hawk Identification in the Northern Pakistan (1 Viewer)

Spotted this hawk yesterday at an elevation of about 4,700 masl in the extreme north of Pakistan (Khunjerab National Park 36°50'32" N 75°23'54" E), bordering China. Eurasian Sparrowhawks are quite common in the area, but some times I find some unusual ones. This one seems bit odd. Looking forward for some guidance. I will also post some additional images for some hawks I spotted last year.

This is another hawk in the same area from September 2020. My initial thoughts were Shikra (Accipiter badius).

These two birds were spotted on 10th and 16th September 2019, at Borit Lake, Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan (36°26'10" N 74°51'32" E) at an elevation of around 3,000 masl. Once again I assumed these to be Shikra (Accipiter badius). I am not sure if both are the same bird, as the flying image is from 10th Sept and the perched one is from 16th Sept.
