Hi all, new here and looking for advice/opinions.
Looking to buy a spotting scope as a gift for a family member. After much research I’m leaning towards the

Hawke Endurance ED 25-75x85

I don’t really want to go more expensive if possible but would appreciate your views, good or bad or even other options.
I’m in the UK
Thank you……..

Couple of things to bear mind.

In order to use the spotting scope they will need a tripod. Do they have one already?

How are they going to be using it? If they go for walks in the countryside then an 85mm scope might be a bit cumbersome.

Sorry I can't comment on the particular product. I do have some Hawke binoculars and they are excellent for the price.

Thanks for the response.
Little walking will be involved and a suitable tripod is already owned
