Hey all I am a new birder who recently relocated from Colorado to New Jersey. Last summer we saw a couple of dusky grouse for the first time in southern Colorado during a hike. I don't know much about birds, so hoping to learn more here. See you around!

Welcome njpdlstar! I just joined in the last 5 minutes and live in Union County, NJ. I have been dying to get to Colorado and photograph Grouse. My IG account is JazzBirdPhotography. Let me know where you are at in NJ and we might be able to connect in person. We should be getting large flocks of Snow Geese out west. It is quite impressive to see flocks that exceed 5,000 and sometimes 4x that many.
