Help with hawk seen in PA, USA (1 Viewer)

Nice images of a strongly marked immature Red-tailed Hawk!

The thick "belly band" of streaks and the two dark patagial lines (near the "shoulders") help to identify this as Red-tailed.

I was naively expecting to see the obvious red tail that I have seen in my other pictures, but I see now that the immature looks different.
