How to remove Velbon PH-157Q tripod head? (1 Viewer)

I'm struggling to remove my Velbon PH-157Q tripod head. I'm presuming plenty of folks here have done this. I'm probably being a bit thick, but I can't work out where to start. I can't find anything on YouTube, or other online articles. Whatever I try to unscrew, the head just keeps on turning and nothing comes loose.

Whereabouts is the screw fitting (I presume it's a screw fitting) I'm trying to undo? Where should I hold the head and the centre column? How much force is required?

Any assistance much appreciated.

Try this: support firmly the tripod on the ground, short legs open, tighten all screws and hit the handle with a dry snap, with your hand or anything harder. I have unscrewed it this way.
