ID Help please - is this a long tailed tit? (St. Andrews, Scotland) (1 Viewer)

Hello,

There were a bunch of these little birds flying by our hotel window in St. Andrews a few days ago - at first I thought this bird was a coal tit but it had a completely black head. Now I'm thinking maybe a long tailed tit, but not sure?

Apologies for the awful photo, I snapped it with a phone and have cropped it as the bird was quite small - couldn't get a clearer view as it flew away just as I took the shot.
