Hello!
I went on a cruise in Sep 2021 around the Bay of Biscay area and took this (and many others of the same bird) and tried and failed to identify it.
It seemed to act much like a wagtail but I can't find another like it. This picture was taken on the ship itself.
Grateful for any thoughts you might have!
