Immature Bald Eagle Or Osprey? (1 Viewer)

We have both a Bald Eagle nest and Osprey nests in my area of Ohio. I took this picture a few days ago and I am not sure if this is an immature Bald Eagle or Osprey and was hoping the pro's can help!!!
