is this a moth or some type of hopper? (1 Viewer)

This insect is found in the east of Sierra Leone West Africa. Usually I encounter it sitting on less than 1meter from the ground but that maybe coincidence. It seems not to be too particular to specific vegetation as long as there is enough shadow and undergrowth. If this is a moth, I would like to know what family or genus or possibly even species this is. At least, help me to narrow down my search.P2230048.JPG
