I saw a few of these on a short visit in 2014. I didn't get much in the way of pics, but particularly remember a tree full of Apapane very high on Kaui'i.

You might like to revisit the caption to the Heron photo!

Thank you for all the kind comments. Jon, I see my typo on the heron naming, and thanks for spotting that. I can't find how to remove that photo or edit it's caption, but I'll try again later
