Hello,
Its one of the Chiffchaffs imo and no Willow Warbler. I am confident you have reached that conclusion too.
Despite strong, long and broad supercilium, small and all blackish bill, black legs (yes) and appearance very short pp with stubby wings support this ID.
With a grey appearance, a white supercilium and contrasting bright green wings itvwould be a striking bird in Central Europe and the ' Bonellis Warbler' look alike eastern Chiffchaffs from Alan Dean come into my mind again

Interesting bird. TuS!
