Sorry for the terrible photos, this was as close, and the only photos I was able to get. In an area known for Erlanger's Lark, around this area:

I am only looking on a small screen, however first impressions suggest Cisticola not a lark. (Honestly not sure I can rule out Pipit)

I suggest you look on eBird to find out what has been seen in the area and narrow down your search
 
I'm not sure this can be identified from these images unfortunately, but Erlanger's can safely be excluded on account of the lack of rufous crown and dark partial collar on the upper breast. Erlanger's was more common north of Addis in my experience (Sululta plains).
