Larus Gull - Deben Estuary, Suffolk (3 Viewers)

Sharp Shin

I'd appreciate an opinion on the identity of the right hand gull in the photo. Ist winter Caspian Gull, or not? Deben estuary, Suffolk, 15th April. Thank you

I see two Herring Gulls, a 3CY (2nd-winter) on the left and a 2CY (1st-winter) on the right.
The right-hand bird has a few new scapulars with strong anchor marks and the greater coverts look good for Herring Gull.
