are these some Lesser Scaups?

Seen in: Canada, South-Yukon, between Whitehorse and Carmacks, Twin-Lakes 09. of July 2014

Dear @birdmeister , thanks a lot for your answer! Yes, there were 3-4 White-winged Scoters. Males and females. I don´t know if they are common there. It was the only place I saw them. A few miles north, I also saw a Surf Scoter sitting in a lake.
