are these some Lesser Scaups?

Seen in: Canada, South-Yukon, between Whitehorse and Carmacks, Twin-Lakes 09. of July 2014

yes, they are Lesser Scaup.

I also see several White-winged Scoters tucked in the back. Not sure if they're common in your area.

Dear @birdmeister , thanks a lot for your answer! Yes, there were 3-4 White-winged Scoters. Males and females. I don´t know if they are common there. It was the only place I saw them. A few miles north, I also saw a Surf Scoter sitting in a lake.

Quite certain. 4th bird from the left in the back.
Reddish head (not just lighting I think) nice yellow eye, black breast, and white on the bill
