...although IOC would presumably currently have it as Brown Honeyeater (Lichmera indistincta limbata)

There are 2 honeyeaters on Lombok
Brown, and Scaly-crowned (Sunda).
There Brown has the white behind the eye. I believe this is the Sunda lack of dark mask.
I saw another one later with a guide (pic attached) who confirmed it as Sunda and said it was rare and endemic to the lesser Sundas. Hence my suprise when I thought I might have seen on in the hotel gardens😅

Ah... Apologies, I think I was wrong there 👍. I made the mistake of looking up the genus Lichmera on the IOC list, and seeing there was only one option! IOC has Scaly-crowned in a different genus (Sugomei)
