Édouard Drouyn de L'Huys (1805–1881) was a French diplomat and statesman. He was Minister for Foreign Affairs several times (1848–1866) and President of La Société Nationale d'Acclimitation (1861–1881). He fell out with Napoleon III for advocating an alliance with Austria against Prussia. (See also Drouyn).
P.S. I wouldn't see Verreaux as author of Lophophorus lhuysii.

Drouyn de Lhuys slighly different written as Drouïn Lhuys

Death record Visionneuse - Archives de Paris p. 24/31 as Drouyn de Lhuys

So no additional name and everthing seems in line. But feel free to add anything of value about his life.
