Manfrotto/3 Legged Thing release plate problem (1 Viewer)

I have a Manfrotto befree 3 way tripod head which is fitted to my 3 Legged Thing tripod, I also have have a carbon fibre monopod to which I have fitted the 3LT Neo ball head that came with the tripod.
There is a slight problem in that the release plates for these heads are not completely compatible, the Manfrotto has 2 security studs on the head, the 3 LT has 2 security screws on the plate which foul on the M head. I would like to have one plate that fits both heads so that I can move the camera between heads easily, but, at the moment, I have to swap the plates, not easy with my aged arthritic fingers. When changing the plates I have to use a tool to nip up the mounting screw, which complicates the issue. Any suggestions or observations?
