Is this a sand Martin or a house Martin, not the best photo high crop.

Hello,
its a Sand Martin:

• brownish wash/hue to upperparts
• washed brast band, would be absent in House martin
• pale edges to tertials and buff eash to throat makes this a 1cy

In addition to what Alexander posted you can see this bird lacks the feathering on the feet that house martin would show.
