Metallic or Singing Starlings - New Guinea (1 Viewer)

These were hanging out in the gutters of an industrial building at the main shipping port where they appeared to be nesting - 14 September 2019, Madang, Papua New Guinea. I'm not sure if they are Metallic Starlings or Singing Starlings. Any help would be appreciated.

Orange eye makes them Singing, also unlikely to have Metallic in that sort of habitat
