Ngorongoro Crater, Tanzania- Help identify this bird (1 Viewer)

I saw this bird last week at the picnic area in Ngorongoro Crater but couldn't identify it. Somehow I think it's an immature.

I think that bill colour is restricted to the White-winged Widowbird. And I suppose it would have to be a transitional male (i.e. a young male starting to become an adult) or possibly an eclipse male.

This was my best guess too, although I was having difficulty reconciling with the (exact) bill shape.
