Nick Baker - Wild West - Parts 1-3 BBC2 (1 Viewer)

Peewit

Once a bird lover ... always a bird lover
I noticed this programme on with Nick Baker over the past few weeks.

It did not appear at the same time every week, and luckily I noticed the second one (still need to watch the first one), and the third one is coming on shortly.

Part 1 - Coast - Already Broadcasted

I just wish Nick Baker would get a bigger part on the wildlife front on TV - he still under sells himself, and he is so good at presenting :t::t::t:

Good all round worthy 30 mins for each episode, and a pleasure to watch.

Certainly, Nick is hugely underutilised and is a breath of fresh air after all the other 'squawkers'. Great shame Simon Reeve isn't a wildlife man!

I enjoyed the two programmes which have been broadcast so far. I agree that he is a very good and knowledgeable presenter of programmes like this but I think it was Unsprung which was his downfall. He was absolutely hopeless at presenting the live programmes and seemed to fall to pieces under the pressure. It was painful to watch him flailing about. No problems with pre-recorded items though.
