Not a warbler? metro-Boston MA US (1 Viewer)

At first I thought this bird had faint streaking on the sides and was a Pine Warbler, but looking at the pics I'm thinking it's a flycatcher of some sort. The other birds in the trees around it were Palm warblers and Yellow-rumped warblers.

Thanks, guys. And yes, it was last week when temps hit 90F. Unseasonably warm. And Pines have been reported on eBird for the hotspot recently though infrequently.
