Just to let you know that the Annual Summer Meeting and AGM of the Ornithological Society of the Middle East (OSME) will be held on Saturday 29 July at The Association of British Travel Agents (ABTA), 68-71 Newman Street, London, W1T 3AH. Doors will open at 1015hrs and all birdwatchers are welcome. The meeting will finish around 1600hrs.

There are some excellent talks arranged for the day:
Syria – David Murdoch
Armenia – Roy Beddard
Turkmenistan – Mark Calderbank
Kuwait – George Gregory
Central Asia – Steve Rooke
Northern Israel – Paul Doherty

OSME will be selling a range of Middle East related literature and will be fundraising for future projects in the Middle East.

For further information about the work of OSME visit the website www.osme.org

Hope some of you can make it.

Dawn
