How does this help birds migrating at night or nocturnal species - (if the white blades are seen as a white blur during the day won’t the black appear as a gap at night and what about bats?) - I don’t know why they haven’t thought to use UV paint or use an audio repellent?
 
That's a good question Deb! Although I suppose the decrease in deaths are those during the daylight hours.
