Yes, I think you are right. What I can make out of this bird fits a Peregrine much better han other common birds (Doves, Thrushes, other Raptors ...).
Bul body, size in reltion to twigs, colours, the right blackish head-mask.
More, in picture 5 I can see the right sized yellowish bill in the right position, adding to a Peregrine-jizz.
I think most similar common bird that resembles this is are Sparrowhawk, Merlin and a feral Pigeon. I think they can be excluded by the things, I said.
