Request id - Wagtail sp. Bulgaria June 2019 (1 Viewer)

Please may I request help again. (I have been looking at some past photo's)
The one attached was taken near the Black Sea. I can't decide whether it is a white wagtail or maybe a juvenile Yellow Wagtail. IF anyone can advise please I would be most grateful. I apologize for the poor quality of the photo

looks like a yellow wagtail. though i'm not able to exclude a citrine here (apart from that it is quite unlikely in june in bulgaria).
