HI all
I am planning to do 5 days of pelagics in Reunion to see Reunion Petrel around 28th Oct-1st Nov 2026 with chumming.
This is the best time of year to see this species. There is the possibility of having up to 9 passengers and we have 3 already. We will initially do 3 pelagics and if we have not had enough sighting or if there is sufficient interest we will run the other two. Cost is 1,000 euros per day split between the number of people. You would need to commit to all trips.
That means 1,457 euros per day
So we could do 3 days (=4,371 euros), and then if needed 5 days (=7,285 euros)
I believe that this includes the costs of chum.
This is also a good opportunity to see the half dozen or so of the endemics on Reunion that can be seen in a day or so.
