Savanah Sparrow or Juvenile Song Sparrow? No. VA, USA (2 Viewers)

I took this photograph today. The bird was is a brush area abutting a golf course in Northern Virginia. Song sparrows are very common around here. I haven't seen any Savanah sparrows before, but this looks more like a Savanah than a juvenile song sparrow. Is a possible to make a positive ID?

I think it is a female House Finch. Looks like to much streaking to be a song or Savannah.
